Yoga
In the year 1995 Bipin miraculously came across Bhavartha Dipika, a commentary on Bhagvat Gita by saint
and yogi Janeshwar. This turned out to be an important phase of transformation
in his life. He then started practicing Kundalini Kriyas based on
the teachings of Shiva Samhita. He accepted these two sacred texts
as his Gurus. Another phase of his spiritual life began during his visit to
Trayambakeshwar where he experienced Kundalini awakening in
the temple of Lord Shiva. After the awakening he also
experienced some spontaneous
kriyas and was inspired to teach Kundalini Yoga
to others. He then started a web site teaching two online courses viz.
A systematic course in Yoga Philosophy and
A systematic course in Kriya Yoga. Both of these courses are well received
by spiritual aspirants across the globe. He also authored a book titled
Kundalini Yoga : Concepts and Practices that throws light on many kriyas
for awakening the sleeping serpent. His
article series sharing some of his own experiences of Kundalini awakening is
a must read for any Kundalini Yoga practitioner.
Having attained the spiritual highs in relatively young age he now enjoys
the intoxicating presence of God and occasionally writes about Yoga and
Self-realization.
